Master essential postures like Crow. Phase 2️⃣ Develop comfort kicking up to the wall and falling out of handstands. Improve mobility, strength, and alignment. Phase 3️⃣ Refine your technique and start finding your balance without assistance! Catch that handstand and start working on shapes like the Tuck. ♦️ Program Features: ➡️ 2-5 workouts per week, about 30-40 minutes each. ➡️ Adaptive workouts with exercise variations for all levels. ➡️ Progressive phases for months of continuous improvement. ♦️ Supportive Features: 🎥 Video tutorials for all exercises and variations 🙋 Access to our online community for inspiration, Q&A, and form checks ❇️ Get all future updates with new tutorials, programming, and more (this program will evolve with you!) ✅ Phase 1 is suitable for beginners with some foundational strength. 🔐 Phases 2 and 3 have prerequisites that are clearly stated within the program.
