I'm an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. I have over a decade of rehab experience working with everyone from weekend warriors to olympic athletes, and I'm passionate about helping people return to their best selves. I have particular expertise in post-surgical physiotherapy and sports injuries, and split my time doing clinical, research, educational, and policy work related to physiotherapy.
