This program is as much for your mind as it is for your body! 🎥 Content: ➡️ 20 follow-along classes (30-60 min each) ➡️ 20 follow-along flows (10-20 min each) plus inspiration to create your own! ➡️ More than 20 progressive movement tutorials (1-10 min each) ♦️ Program Features: ➡️ No reps or sets. Just move and play 🎾 ➡️ Flexible workouts so you can train no matter how much time you've got ➡️ 3 phases for all levels and months or years of continuous progress ♦️ Supportive Features: 🙋 Access to our online community for inspiration, Q/A, and suggestions ❇️ Get all future updates with new tutorials, classes, and more ✅ Suitable for beginners (we recommend completing Isolate & Compound Phase 1 before starting this program, but it is not required). ⚙️ No equipment required. A soft floor or yoga mat is recommended. A reasonable amount of open space is needed for some flows and classes (3 square meters of open space is ideal).
