I love the content I have seen so far and looking forward to the evolution!
I live in New Zealand, have 2 kids and work on a PC for 8 hours a day. I have always been pretty active and healthy but struggling with some shoulder issues the last couple of years. Quite a while ago now I practised kickboxing and capoeira. I love the feeling of being flexible and having free and powerful morvement and would like to get that feeling back and maintain it as long as possible.
I have been doing yoga for about 5 years now and love it, though my shoulder issue put a hold on that for a while.
Hoping to gain strength, flexibility and freedom of motion - plus a little spiritual enlightenment thrown in :)
