In this class you'll learn a few variations of beginner power moves that Jared refers to collectively as Monkey Flips. You'll mobilize your hips while building explosiveness for flips and other tricks. Have fun with it, and trust your body to do the right thing! Cats always land on their feet, right? We can learn to do that too!
