A strong hollow body hold (sometimes called Low Boat pose in Yoga) is a must for a variety of movement skills. You'll learn how to maintain abdominal tension, posterior pelvic tilt, and spinal flexion. Transferable to skills/exercises like planks, push-ups, handstands, levers and more.
